Where we deliver

London only — all 32 boroughs, to homes, offices, shops, cafés, restaurants, gyms, venues and sites. We check your postcode is in range at checkout.

How long it takes

Every order is delivered within 7 working days of your order confirmation. Most arrive sooner. You'll receive an email when your order is dispatched, with the delivery day, and our driver will call or message if they cannot find you.

What it costs

• One flat service fee per order — currently £15.99 — which includes delivery. No minimum spend, no extra shipping line.
• Orders over £150: the fee drops 20% to £12.79.

On the day

• We deliver by our own vans, kerbside or to a ground-floor door. Where safe access allows, drivers will bring cases inside to a reception or stockroom.
• Someone 18+ must be present to accept orders containing alcohol (Challenge 25 applies).
• If nobody is available we will attempt to contact you and re-deliver on our next run to your area. A second failed delivery may incur a £9.99 re-delivery charge.
• Please check cases on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 48 hours.
